I found Carlos at JCR Pool Service through Yelp when I was helping my dad find someone to re-plaster his pool and spa. His pool was about 34 years old and had no work done in all this time. There were a few pool contractors that Yelp sent out requests for quotes but Carlos was the only one who came out, assessed the pool and spa, and gave us a very reasonable quote. One pool company came out but never gave us a quote and another just gave us a price over the phone! I'm so happy things turned out the way it had because Carlos not only completed everything in a timely manner, but within our budget. The pool motor broke right before Carlos started the job and my dad had bought a new one and Carlos helped to install it, which I thought was above and beyond what was expected. The job he did was really great but you can judge for yourselves from the before and after pics I'm attaching to this review. The pool and spa look beautiful, like a brand new pool! He re-plastered and re-tiled the pool and spa, put in new lights, and resealed the deck area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends (which I've already done) and am happy to recommend him here!

Juan Carlos was great to work with. He did an excellent job with my pool replaster but most important he was great with communication. I'd almost hired a few other pool plaster people, none of who were reliable or communicative. His follow-through throughout the process was excellent and I'd gladly use him again.

They came out when they said they would, and quickly addressed my problem which I thought would be more costly but it was minimal. These guys are great for repairs and are fast about it.
